Bio: Butch Helemano is one of Hawaii’s most prolific reggae songwriters, multiple Nä Hoku nominee, 2001 Hawai’i Music Award winner for Best Reggae Album, and an international entertainer in his own right. Helemano composes original songs with strong cultural statements about peace, love and tolerance, with the added spice of lush Polynesian harmonies, polished melodies, solid rhythms and phat reggae grooves.
